The cleaning and packaging of the medical devices takes place in a validated packaging room. A regular micro-biological monitoring takes place in accordance to DIN EN 1174. All components are sealed separately under vacuum in triple-cleer-peel packing (according to DIN 58953 and DIN EN 868/1). Up to the soil seam the bags are supplied prefabricated by the supplier with a peel seam. Depending upon the size of the medical products the fitting cleer-peel packing size were chosen, provided with a sterilization label and a sterilization indicator point. Each medical device receives a product label, four inside labels and a box label. Among other things at the final control the agreement of the medical device with the labels is checked. After the sterilization the implant is packed depending upon the size in a suitable protective box.
