Indication: Tumors in the area of the proximal femur with hip arthroplasty or other major bone defects. System Components: Proximal femur implant with a conus connection (12/14) and retention rings for fixation of the attachment tube. Curved femoral stem in different diameters, for cementation (CoCrMo) or cementless (TiAl6V4), with or without HA coating Femoral head: CoCrMo, ceramics (Al2O3) or titanium (TiAl6V4), coated with titanium nitrite (TiN). The construction may be extended by means of extension pieces, which are available in 20 mm increments. The proximal part allows for an adjustment of the antetorsional angle in 5° increments. Length of Reconstruction: ≥ 80 mm Material: Titanium alloy (TiAl6V4 according to DIN ISO 5832/3) or cast CoCr alloy (CoCrMo according to DIN ISO 5832/4) |
