Indication:
Tumors in the area of the knee joint with major femoral und tibial defects. Constrained knee arthroplasty.
System Components:
Femoral stem, distal femoral implant or KRI implant with locking mechanism, modular proximal tibia with PE inlay, small (UHMWPE), connecting part for mod. prox. tibia, tibial stem, patella replacement (cemented or cementless)
Length of Reconstruction:
with distal femur > 215 mm
(femoral 100mm, tibial 115mm),
with KRI >165mm (femoral 50mm, tibial 115mm)
Material:
Titanium alloy (TiAl₆V₄) or cast CoCr alloy (CoCrMo)
